At Hello Gekko, our mission is to transform the “small business scramble” into a calm, focused flow. In our latest series of updates, we’ve doubled down on connectivity. Your data shouldn’t live in silos—it should talk to itself. Whether you’re jumping from a customer profile to a project or tracking every minute of your team’s hard work, the Gekkos have been busy under the hood making your workspace smarter than ever.

Here are the most impactful changes in version 4.11.5!

1. Navigation Mastery: Deep-Linking Everything

We’ve removed the friction between your departments. You can now move through your business data at the speed of thought:

  • From Dossier to Workshop: Inside the Customer Hub > Organizations, your “Work History” is now fully interactive. If you see a project from six months ago you need to reference, just click the project card to jump instantly to the detailed view in the Workshop.
  • People are Links: In the Project Team tab, every name is now a portal. Clicking a team member or client takes you directly to their full dossier in the Team Directory or Sales CRM.
  • Quick Contact Access: Need to call a client while reviewing a project? Primary phone numbers and emails are now visible directly on Project Team cards. No more navigating away just to find a digit.

2. Time Tracking with Style

Managing a team means knowing exactly where the hours go. We’ve completely overhauled the Work Logs within the Workshop:

  • Log Titles & Edits: You can now give your logs specific titles (like “Initial Design Mockup”) and edit them later to ensure accuracy.
  • Smart Rounding: Don’t sweat the seconds. Our new time logger features smart rounding (15m, 30m, 1h), allowing you to snap your logs to the nearest billing increment with a single click.
  • Global Assignments: Managers can now attribute work logs to any team member, providing the perfect tool for administrative oversight and bulk entry.

3. Sales Search Superpowers

Finding that one specific lead shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. We’ve supercharged the Sales search bar to scan deeper and wider:

  • Deep Indexing: The search now scans Notes, Acquisition Sources, and Full Names.
  • Expanded Results: We’ve increased the results limit to 50, ensuring that even in massive databases, your “lost” contacts stay found.

4. Kari’s Weekly Briefing is Back!

Our central intelligence agent, Kari, has finished her “continuing education.” The Weekly Briefing tool in the Command Center has been fully restored and improved. Kari can once again scan your projects, sales, and finances to provide a high-level executive summary and identify strategic focus areas for your week ahead.

5. Stability & AI Polish

We’ve ironed out the wrinkles in our AI toolset and lead management flow:

  • Distill Features Restored: The technical glitch preventing the “Distill Features” tool from extracting buildable cards from your brainstorming notes has been resolved.
  • Intelligent Inbound Queue: Leads are now sorted more logically—prioritizing those who have been waiting the longest and those you haven’t attempted to reach yet.
  • Attempt Tracking: Visibility is key. You can now see exactly how many times you’ve tried to reach a lead, complete with automatic “Last Attempt” timestamps.
