Flow features state caching. If you are on record #5 of 20 and you navigate away to check an invoice, when you click back to “Flow,” you will be right back exactly where you left off.

We optimized the interface for maximum speed:
- One-Click Status: Mark a lead as “Trying to Reach” or “Connected” instantly.
- Order Peek: See a customer’s recent orders? Click one to see the items and prices without leaving the Flow screen.
- Quick Notes: Add a note while you talk and hit Enter. It saves instantly.
